GreenClean FX Liquid Algaecide is a highly effective and affordable solution to algae problems that plague a wide variety of backyard water features, including ornamental ponds, pondless waterfalls, and fountains.It is a green alternative to harsh chlorine and copper chemicals that is safe for fish, pets and people when used as directed.

Dosing:

Preventative Treatment: 1 tsp/ 50 gallons or 1.7 oz per 500 gallons

Curative Treatment: 2 tsp/ 50 gallons or 3.4 oz per 500 gallons

Application Tips:

• Apply GreenClean FX to area of ponds with greatest water flow to facilitate rapid and adequate mixing.

• Do not shut off pumps or aeration devices...aeration must be continuous during treatment for 48 hrs
  

• Apply early in the morning under sunny, calm conditions.

• Remove excess algae growth from pond/fountain to reduce the amount of decaying organic matter in the pond.

• Remove dead algae after treatment to help lessen the load of decaying organic matter in the pond.
  

• A second application may be necessary for heavy algal surface mats and blooms.
